Privacy Policy Updates


Due to the Internet's rapidly evolving nature Paystar may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Paystar has a material change to its privacy policy, Paystar will post a prominent notice on the site of the update and/or Paystar will send registered users an email notification so that the user is always aware of what personally identifiable information we may collect and how we may use this information. If any modification is unacceptable to the user, user shall cease using the Site and the Services. User's continued access to the Site and Services will indicate user has accepted the change.

Paystar posts customer testimonials on the Site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name. Paystar obtains customer's consent, before posting the testimonial and any personally identifiable information included therein.

Paystar recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Paystar does not target its Services or Site to children under 13.
